Good Politics, but in Practice it will not improve the legal or policy bramble
Last week the Republican Study Committee (RSC) of the House of Representatives introduced The Max Pressure Act, another Iran sanctions bill. They even had a news rollout on the Capitol steps with former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Yet just because it makes for good political theatre, as far as policy, it is redundant, and most of it not needed.
